An industrial-grade 64-camera system for a manufacturing plant covering production floors, warehouses and a 500-metre perimeter fence.
The Solution We Delivered
A large garment manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi required a robust system to monitor its production floor, raw-material warehouses and perimeter. We deployed 64 cameras including weatherproof models in the dyeing section, long-range bullet cameras along the fence line and 4K PTZ cameras above the production floor.
The system feeds a 24/7 monitored control room with 30-day HD storage, ANPR at the main gate for vehicle control, and automated alerts for perimeter breaches — integrated with the plant's fire-detection system.
